Farah Kassam is the Director of Talent Development at Reddit. At Reddit, she is a leader on the People & Culture team where they are building frameworks for a people-first culture. She is dedicated to ensuring employee engagement, retention and growth – with a focus on diversity and inclusion as integral to building, developing and scaling the organization.
Along her journey, people have always been the “why” and the “how”. She has worked with mental health organizations, social enterprises, tech companies, in research, recruiting and career coaching. Enabling people to grow and thrive is her core mission. Farah has a Masters in Gender Studies from LSE, is a certified yoga teacher, and has a love of travel – having herself lived in Kenya, Portugal, Canada, the UK and the US.
