
Kelly Ducourty is a transformative leader heading the global Strategy and Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Pointnext, the services division of HPE. In carrying out the role of the chief operating officer for this $7.6B revenue, 25K member organization in 80 countries, covering 30 languages and handling over 11K successful digital transformation engagements per year, she works to not only oversee the Global operations of this business but also is accountable for the end-to-end Strategy including M&A.
Prior, she led the Business Development, Enablement, Solutions and Technology organization, a vital part of the company’s global sales organization. She was responsible for large deal business development, the Enablement of the company’s sales and partners, redefining consultative conversation through the technical presales communities, and establishing a new business model through transformative Solutions go-to-market, which has generated over $1B in the first quarter of fiscal year 2017.
Kelly was formerly the vice president of Strategic Accounts reporting to the executive vice president, Chief Customer Office in Hewlett Packard Corporate. She established an integrated global go-to-market delivering maximum value across a set of accounts spanning five industries, generating over $2B of revenue under management and 20% growth year-over-year.
Her career at Hewlett Packard Company began in 1998 where she assumed roles of increasing responsibilities including Senior Lead Solutions Architect, Financial Services Solutions Manager organization in the EMEA region, Director of Outsourcing Solutions & Transformation organization in the EMEA region, Director of Business Development organization in EMEA region, Vice President, Global Accounts in the Discreet Manufacturing Industries, and Vice President, Global Accounts headquartered in the UK, Ireland, Benelux, Middle East and Africa regions.
She is passionate about STEM+C (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Computing) education and career development for young women. Kelly is the Executive Chair of the Women Innovation Council and its joint initiative, Curated PathwaysTM. The program charter partners with other diverse technology leaders from around the world who are committed to helping young women pursue educational opportunities and careers in STEM+C.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing Management from Bournemouth University in Dorset, England. She lives in the Silicon Valley with her family.
