Co-Chairs

April Oliver serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Salesforce as part of the organization’s legal leadership team. She provides the strategic vision for the ethics and legal compliance program and oversees legal compliance training, including for Code of Conduct, anti-corruption, conflict of interest, ethics and hospitality, and export controls. Ms. Oliver works cross-functionally with a wide range of business units, including Internal audit, finance, employee success, and information security. She previously served as “compliance lead ” for Amazon ’s then-new Compliance & Customer Trust group, helping to launch that program globally. A core part of her legal practice is policy analysis and implementation, training, including anti-fraud, antitrust, and anti-corruption, and the oversight of sensitive internal inquiries. Ms. Oliver also provides valuable insights as a member of the Tech Diversity Magazine Editorial Board.
