We hold education, indeed as it is, to be the great equalizer. In tech, too, can our schools be used as tools to achieve greater people balance within STEM fields. Consistent with the ethos of technology, let us embrace innovation, finding new ways to leverage traditional and non-traditional learning centers to instill the necessary skills to under-represented communities.
