Tamesa Rogers serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and joined NETGEAR in 2003. Most recently, she was NETGEAR’s Vice President, Human Resources starting in January 2009. From March 2000 to December 2003, Ms. Rogers worked at TriNet Employer Group, a professional employer organization, as a Human Resources Manager, providing HR consulting to technology companies throughout Silicon Valley. Prior to TriNet, Ms. Rogers served in various human resources functions in several Northern California companies. Ms. Rogers received a BA in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an MS in Counseling from California State University, Hayward.
